About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Reconciliation Specialist to join our growing Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling in-store retail transactions, ensuring that receipts accurately match point-of-sale and investigating any discrepancies for both our UK and France sites.
You'll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our revenue records, helping to ensure timely financial reporting and supporting robust financial controls. Working closely with internal teams, you'll contribute to a compliant, efficient finance function where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile daily retail transaction receipts against point-of-sale (POS) sales, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly to minimise cash loss.
- Reconcile customer accounts and verify revenue data across multiple platforms, identifying and escalating missing sales where required.
- Support cash management processes by ensuring deposits are accurately processed and maintained.
- Prepare accurate reconciliation reports to support timely management reporting and decision-making.
- Work closely with the Finance Operations team and field managers to resolve reconciliation issues and maintain efficient cash processes.
- Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of reconciliation processes, including automation within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
