Our expert teams carry out hundreds of essential Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and other critical inspections every day, helping customers stay compliant and protected. Alongside this, we are a leading specialist in Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions, managing everything from end-to-end installation through to ongoing routine safety inspections.
What will you be doing?
As our Revenue Retention Supervisor, you will supervise the day-to-day activity that protects and grows revenue from our existing customer base. You will help the team turn renewals, previously lost business and customer insight into strong, well-managed commercial opportunities.
You will:
- Coordinate the team’s daily activity, ensuring work is prioritised, balanced and clearly owned
- Make sure upcoming renewals are identified early and progressed within the right timescales
- Help the team reconnect with dormant customers and revisit previously rejected, expired or lost opportunities
- Identify opportunities to provide existing customers with additional services, sites, assets or areas of coverage
- Review pipelines, quotations, conversion rates, pricing and margins to keep activity focused on the strongest opportunities
- Coach and support colleagues, helping each team member build confidence, capability and commercial awareness
- Maintain accurate CRM records so that customer activity, opportunity values, forecasts and outcomes are clear and reliable
- Work closely with Sales, Data, Marketing and Operations to turn customer insight and targeted campaigns into opportunities

To join our team, you will need:
- Experience supervising, coaching or supporting the development of colleagues
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills, with the ability to identify opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and reviewing progress, forecasts and expected outcomes
- Confidence using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain clear accountability
- A proactive and commercially focused approach, with the confidence to question and improve existing ways of working
- The ability to use customer and performance data to set priorities and support commercial decisions
- The ability to build effective working relationships across Sales, Data, Marketing and Operations
