A leading global law firm is seeking two newly created Revenue Specialists to join its London Finance team following a major transformation of its billing and collections function.
Operating within a newly established structure, you will act as the primary point of contact for Partners, taking ownership of the full revenue lifecycle from matter opening through to billing, collections and working capital management. This is a highly visible business partnering role that offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence revenue performance across a portfolio of London-based Partners.

- Act as the key relationship manager and trusted adviser on all revenue and working capital matters.
- Oversee the full revenue cycle from matter inception through to cash collection.
- Drive billing and collections performance across your portfolio.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, ensuring matters progress efficiently through the workflow.
- Collaborate with billing, collections, eBilling and matter intake teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Analyse WIP, debt and revenue trends, providing commercial insight and recommendations to Partners.
- Support and influence colleagues across the pod structure, helping to raise standards and drive operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Strong working capital, revenue control, billing or collections experience within a law firm.
- A thorough understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle.
- Experience partnering directly with Partners, fee earners or senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of eBilling platforms and electronic billing processes.
- Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using SAP, 3E, Aderant or similar finance systems.
