Ragdale Hall Spa

Ragdale Hall Spa is a leading UK health spa known for its award-winning services and luxurious environment. Located in Leicestershire, the spa blends Victorian architecture with modern, state-of-the-art facilities to create a distinctive guest experience.

About the Role

Are you bright, curious and ready to build a career in commercial thinking? This is a brilliant opportunity to join Ragdale Hall Spa in a supportive, hands-on role where you will learn how insight, pricing, packages and guest behaviour all come together to drive successful sales.

We are looking for a Revenue Strategy Executive to support our Revenue Manager with the day-to-day insight, reporting and coordination that helps us sell the right overnight and day spa packages, at the right time, to the right guests. This is not a senior revenue management role and you do not need years of experience. What matters most is that you enjoy working with numbers, asking thoughtful questions and spotting the story behind the data.

Main Duties

You will help the Revenue Manager turn numbers into useful insight. That might mean preparing reports, checking package performance, spotting trends in bookings, supporting offer set-up, monitoring partner activity or helping teams understand where the best revenue opportunities are.

A big part of the role is seeing the bigger commercial picture. For example, you might look beyond the headline price of a package and consider the total guest value: whether a lower-priced package without an inclusive treatment could create more opportunity for a guest to choose additional treatments, experiences or extras during their stay. You will be encouraged to think commercially, not just administratively.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone at the early stage of their career, who is keen to learn revenue management in a supportive environment.
  • A naturally curious thinker who enjoys asking “why?” and “what does this tell us?”
  • Confidence with numbers, spreadsheets and detail — you do not need to be an expert, but you should enjoy accurate, analytical work.
  • A commercial mindset: someone who can see how packages, pricing, guest numbers and add-on sales all connect.
  • A clear communicator who can turn data into simple, useful messages for other teams.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the confidence to follow tasks through.
  • An interest in hospitality, spa, leisure, travel, retail or customer experience would be helpful.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
