Position Summary
As a Reverse Logistics Operative, you will play an important role in supporting our recycling, hygiene, and sustainability operations. Working within a multi-temperature food storage environment, you will help ensure recycling materials are processed correctly, hygiene standards are maintained, and all activities are completed safely and efficiently in line with company procedures and industry requirements. You'll work closely with colleagues across the distribution centre to contribute to a clean, compliant, and environmentally responsible operation.

What You'll Do
- Support recycling and reverse logistics activities, ensuring materials are processed, packed, and prepared accurately for collection and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Help maintain high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, and compliance throughout the distribution centre.
- Operate equipment and machinery safely, following training and established procedures.
- Complete operational schedules and documentation accurately and within required timescales.
- Promote and support AIB, DQMP, workplace organisation, and health and safety standards across all activities.
- Contribute to a clean, organised, and environmentally responsible working environment that supports continuous improvement.

Who You Are
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in completing work accurately and safely.
- You enjoy working collaboratively with others while also feeling comfortable managing tasks independently when needed.
- You can organise your workload effectively and follow processes to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- You are committed to creating a safe working environment and supporting a culture of wellbeing and compliance.
- You are adaptable and open to learning new skills, processes, and ways of working.
- You have basic computer skills and are comfortable completing operational documentation and records.
- Experience within hygiene, logistics, warehousing, FMCG environments, MHE operation, or MEWP equipment is beneficial, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
