- Work location: Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London, N22 7TR
- Hours per week: 36 per week

About The Role
As Reviews Manager you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the Council’s statutory decisions across homelessness and allocations comply with relevant legal provisions. You will work closely with the Council’s Legal Services to ensure litigation is effectively responded to. You will also play a key role in helping the service take advantage of learning opportunities and continually improve by leading on various service improvement projects.

About You
You will be a highly articulate individual with an expert knowledge of housing and homelessness law and practice that has experience of administering statutory reviews. You will have a passion for identifying implementing improvement to continuously develop services. You will be able to motivate and support a dedicated team to complete reviews within statutory timescales whilst ensuring excellent customer service.
