About the Role:
We have partnered with an expanding construction company that is looking for an enthusiastic BIM Technician to join their growing studio in central London, working on a variety of large-scale projects across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on major projects within a focused BIM team in a leading architectural practice. You will collaborate closely with project teams to shape workflows, set up project models, and ensure the highest standards of coordination and quality throughout, as well as being responsible for weekly coordination with structural, mechanical, and fire engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with project teams in assisting project setup and auditing of Revit modelling and model exchanges
- Being the point of call for all Revit inquiries in the office while working closely with the BIM Manager
- Helping with the wider team in drawing production, creating, and editing Revit families and maintaining the family Revit library
- Supervising regular BIM coordinating meetings with the wider teams and external consultants
- Supporting the BIM Manager to develop and implement Revit and BIM standards studio wide
Key Skills/Requirements:
- A degree in architecture or architectural technology
- At least 3 years working in professional practice through Revit and BIM workflows
- Previous work experience as an architectural assistant, designer, or Revit technician
- Experience of directing supporting project teams with Revit and BIM
- Prior experience with coordination with external consultants on structural and mechanical is beneficial to the role
- Proficiency in Navisworks is desirable
