Revit Designer / Draughtsperson (Building Services)
£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Benefits

Are you an experienced Revit Designer or Draughtsperson with a background in building services, looking to join a well-established company where you will work on technically challenging commercial and industrial projects?
Do you want the opportunity to take ownership of detailed Revit drawings and models, working closely with engineers, project managers, architects and contractors to deliver high-quality building services projects?

An excellent opportunity to join a growing construction and building services company specialising in delivering high-quality mechanical and environmental solutions to commercial and industrial clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Revit Designer / Draughtsperson to strengthen their in-house design team.
This role would suit an experienced Revit Designer, CAD Technician or Draughtsperson with a background in building services, looking to work on a varied range of projects while taking responsibility for producing detailed drawings, 3D models and design documentation.

The Role
- Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit for building services projects.
- Develop and maintain accurate Revit models throughout the design process.
- Produce detailed layouts, plans, sections and construction drawings.
- Work closely with engineers to translate design concepts into detailed Revit drawings.
- Coordinate building services designs with architectural, structural and other disciplines.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues within Revit.
The Person
- Experience working as a Revit Designer, Revit Technician, CAD Technician or Draughtsperson.
- Understanding of HVAC systems
- Previous experience within building services, M&E, mechanical or a related construction environment.
