Revit MEP BIM Coordinator/Modeller
We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP BIM Coordinator/Modeller to manage and update our federated MEP models from construction through project handover. Acting as the vital link between site delivery and digital asset management, you will ensure the final As-Constructed model accurately reflects on-site changes, remains clash-free, and fully complies with project BIM standards and COBie requirements.
This will be on a fixed term basis for 12 -18 months based on a project in Exeter. Our project the West Park development includes the construction of six new student accommodation blocks and the refurbishment of one existing block within the University’s Streatham campus. Designed to accommodate 1,849 students, the development promotes interactive social lives with central social facilities on the main campus. The project’s will incorporate an internationally recognised standard for energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Additionally, the development will be accredited to the WELL Community standard, ensuring a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of residents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: HNC/HND, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent technical qualification in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or BIM/Digital Construction
- Software Expertise: Autodesk Revit (MEP disciplines, family creation, parameter management), Autodesk Forma (formerly ACC), and Revizto (issue, model, and clash management)
- Standards & Compliance: Solid understanding of ISO 19650 workflows, naming conventions, and UK/international BIM frameworks
- Core Strengths: Strong spatial awareness, sharp attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary site teams

Key Responsibilities
- Model Management: Maintain, update, and audit Revit MEP As-Constructed models using site markups, sign-offs, and contractor RFIs
- Site Collaboration: Partner with site construction teams to verify that field installations align with the original design intent
- Clash Coordination: Run regular clash detection and interference checks using Revizto
- Data Integration: Populate M&E BIM objects with COBie data delivered by the supply chain
- Quality Assurance: Audit models against the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), and ISO 19650 standards
- Platform Support: Oversee the project wide Revizto & Autodesk-Forma platforms, providing training & technical troubleshooting support to team members
