ABOUT ENERGYLOGIK
Energylogik is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering MEP, structural and photovoltaic design for architects, contractors and high-end residential clients.
We operate primarily on the East Coast of the USA, particularly Massachusetts, alongside our UK operation based in Norwich, East of England.
We take a digital-first approach to engineering. BIM, Building Energy Modelling (BEM), 3D scanning and automation are central to how we work and how we continue to improve our design and delivery processes.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Engineer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Our UK workbase is in Norwich, but location within the UK is flexible. Applicants must be UK-based.
You will work primarily on high-end residential projects in the USA, developing projects from early design through to coordinated construction documentation using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
