Role Description
This is a full-time, Revit MEP technician role based in Ballyclare. The Revit MEP Specialist will produce and maintain detailed 3D models and drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit, ensuring coordination with other disciplines and compliance with project standards. - Setting up and managing project templates

The role involves working closely with engineers, project managers, and commissioning specialists to resolve clashes, optimize layouts, and prepare documentation for tender, construction, and handover. The specialist will also assist in implementing best practices, quality checks, and digital workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy across projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, including 3D modeling, family creation, and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong understanding of building services design principles and construction documentation for MEP installations.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to perform model checks, clash detection, and maintain drawing standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with engineers, designers, and project managers.
- Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements in an on-site environment.
- Relevant technical qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, CAD/BIM, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a building services or construction-related BIM/Revit role; exposure to commissioning or pre-construction services is an advantage.
