Role Description
The Revit Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Banbridge, responsible for producing accurate 3D models and detailed technical drawings using Revit for bespoke interior fit-out projects. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing and updating architectural and joinery drawings
- Coordinating with designers, project managers, and workshop teams
- Ensuring models align with client specifications and manufacturing requirements
- Managing drawing revisions
- Maintaining Revit standards and project templates
- Preparing clear documentation for fabrication and installation

The Revit Technician will also:
- Support design development
- Resolve technical issues
- Contribute to efficient project delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Revit and related BIM tools, with experience creating detailed models, drawings, and schedules.
- Solid understanding of construction, joinery, or interior fit-out detailing, including materials, finishes, and fabrication methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and translate design concepts into production-ready documentation.
- Effective collaboration skills for working with designers, engineers, project managers, and workshop teams, plus clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a project-based environment.
- Relevant technical qualification or degree in architecture, interior architecture, construction technology, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in bespoke interiors, hospitality, entertainment, or cruise sectors is advantageous.
- Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability to new tools and processes, and a focus on safety and quality standards.
