About the Role
As APAC & EMEA Strategy & Operations (S&O) resets from ad-hoc executor to strategic advisor, we are standing up two accountable pillars: RevOps & Sales Enablement, and Systems & XFN Enablement to give the region the scalable frameworks and operating discipline it needs for sustained double-digit growth.
We're looking for a hands-on operator who thrives on turning systems and process chaos into trusted, self-serve foundations, someone who is as comfortable rolling up their sleeves in Salesforce (or equivalent platforms) as they are coaching a country manager through change. If you're energized by fixing the plumbing so teams can focus on customers, this is where you'll do some of your best work.
What You'll Do
Reporting into the APAC Director, Systems & XFN Enablement, you'll own the execution layer that turns the region's systems foundation from a source of friction into a source of trust. Today, channel management activities (such as, mapping rework and change requests) pull Business Development & Client Services managers and sellers off customers; you'll close that gap for good.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
- 8-10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Systems/Salesforce administration or Strategy, ideally in ad tech, SaaS or digital media.
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce or CRM expertise (account/territory mapping, workflow rules, Portfolio Manager App or equivalent tooling); Tableau or Power BI experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of designing durable, self-serve processes rather than one-off fixes — you build the reusable rule, not just the one-time exception.
- Comfortable running change management directly with frontline managers: training, governance cadences, and building trust that the new system works.
- Detail-obsessed and data-driven, with the judgement to know when a process needs to flex versus when to hold the governance line.
- A collaborative operator who partners naturally across Finance, HR, Deal Desk, Sales and Engineering to get things done.
