Arqit is a global pioneer in post-quantum cryptography
We provide a proven defence against both current cyber dangers and impending quantum threats. Our 100-strong global team describe Arqit as succeeding in providing a positive, inclusive and high-performing working environment, where employees feel that managers care about the success and well-being of their teams, individuals feel valued as employees and teams achieve more than they thought possible, together.
We have a new opportunity for a Revenue Operations Analyst (RevOps Analyst), reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations and working closely with our sales, marketing, finance and legal teams and COO function. This is a hands-on, builder’s role. You won't just maintain systems; you will design and optimise the engine that powers our revenue team. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day deal desk requests, maintain our CRM hygiene, and build targeted outbound lists. You will do all of this with an AI-first mindset—defaulting to automation, AI agents, and custom workflows to eliminate manual grind for both yourself and our GTM teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
