RevOps Consultant
Contract duration: 3 months with potential opportunity to extend it
Daily rate: up to £850 (outside IR35)
Location: this is hybrid role with 2 days in the office in London (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
About the Role
In a period of transition, we're looking for a Revenue Operations Leader to join us on a part-time, interim basis to support the CEO with the running of the GTM function and the build-out of our scaling playbook. You'll work alongside the CEO — part running the day-to-day go-to-market operation, part building the systems, playbook and AI-enabled processes that let the team scale.

- Build and run the sales and marketing cadence — pipeline reviews, deal reviews, initiative tracking, KPIs, reporting and forecasting
- Work with the team to build and run the GTM playbook, with a focus on operational efficiency and AI automation
- Build and manage the RFP and contracting process, building on our existing AI automation
- Coordinate GTM initiatives across sales, marketing and the wider business
- Work alongside the CEO on the day-to-day operational oversight and rhythm of the GTM team
- Provide support and coaching to the team, helping to unblock any challenges
- Provide hands-on support to get whatever needs doing, done!

- Experience leading / managing sales and commercial operations within B2B SaaS
- Experience working in a start-up / scale-up environment — and the fun and challenges that come with that
- A great people person — builds trust quickly across teams and enjoys keeping people aligned and supported
- An excellent project manager — organised, methodical, and drives things through to completion
- AI-savvy and curious — comfortable setting up, improving and embedding AI-enabled processes and tools
- Hands-on — happiest getting stuck into the detail, building and running processes (not advising and watching from the side-lines)
