Pear is growing fast, and we're looking for a RevOps Intern to help us build the systems behind our growth.

This starts as an internship, with the potential to move into a paid, full-time role based on performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising our CRM and lead pipeline
  • Building and refining marketing automation workflows
  • Reporting and analytics across our marketing and sales funnels, turning data into actionable insights

Skills we're looking for:

  • Strong AI proficiency. You've used AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to build and run something real, a script, an automation, a data pipeline, not just ChatGPT for writing
  • CRM experience or familiarity (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Comfort working with data: spreadsheets, dashboards, basic analytics/reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Understanding of marketing/sales funnels and what drives conversion
  • Bonus: background or coursework in data science (e.g. Python, SQL, statistics)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data, at a fast-moving company solving real problems in the TikTok Shop / social commerce space, with a clear path to a paid role for the right person.
