RevOps Lead
Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid / London UK
About the Role
We're seeking Revenue Operations Lead to take ownership of revenue operations strategy, systems optimisation, and CRM excellence across the commercial organisation.
This role requires a candidate with a strong Salesforce Administration background, particularly within Salesforce Sales Cloud, who can act as the subject matter expert for the business. You'll work closely with senior leadership to enhance systems, improve forecasting and reporting, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the Salesforce environment
- Lead CRM optimisation and process improvement initiatives
- Design and maintain scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions
- Build advanced reporting, dashboards, and operational insights
- Drive automation across sales and revenue operations processes
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, forecasting, reporting, and data quality
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve commercial performance
- Establish CRM governance and best practices
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles
- Strong Salesforce Administration experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise is essential
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies within commercial, operational, or business systems environments
- Experience implementing process improvements and automation at scale
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and commercially minded approach

Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Advanced Salesforce certifications
- Experience with AI-powered CRM functionality, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, GPT-powered workflow tools, or similar technologies
- Experience with integrations, automation platforms, and revenue technology stacks
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
