About Ryft
Ryft is a regulated payment facilitator and authorised payment institution building the infrastructure layer for modern commerce platforms. We enable marketplaces, SaaS platforms and multi-party ecosystems to embed and monetise payments natively. Our technology handles onboarding, compliance, orchestration, split payments and revenue sharing, allowing our partners to focus on growth while we manage complexity. We are now entering the next phase of scale, expanding into new verticals and building a category-defining embedded payments platform.
About The Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build the RevOps function at Ryft from scratch. This is our first RevOps hire, reporting into the Commercial Director, and you'll own the entire revenue engine end-to-end; the systems, the data, and the reporting the commercial team runs on. There is no function to inherit. You'll be doing the work as well as designing it: getting HubSpot into a state we can trust, building the forecasting and pipeline visibility leadership needs, and putting the operating rhythm in place that keeps the commercial motion honest. As the team and function grow, this role grows with it.
You will...
Get the foundations right
- Audit and architect the GTM tech stack, establishing HubSpot as the single source of truth for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
- Define the commercial motion end to end — stages, ownership, what moves a deal forward — and the small set of fields it depends on
- Make sure leads are picked up and worked, with nothing dropped between inbound and owned pipeline

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Build visibility and forecasting
- Stand up a forecasting process built on pipeline health, accurate enough to plan and raise against
- Build the dashboards that give the commercial team and leadership one shared, trusted view of the funnel
- Implement attribution models that show leadership what's actually driving pipeline
Sharpen how we operate
- Put operating cadences in place — the regular reviews that keep the motion honest
- Analyse conversion across the funnel, find where deals stall, and fix it through process, tooling or training
- Sharpen our view of ideal customer profile so effort concentrates where it converts
Extend the data layer
- Build and manage the outbound data layer — signal sourcing and enrichment — to operationalise high-performing outbound plays using tools like Clay
Cross-functional
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to keep planning, reporting and execution aligned
- Feed data-driven insight back into commercial strategy and leadership decisions

What we are looking for
Experience
- 3+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops within B2B SaaS, ideally as first or sole operator in a high-growth startup
- Hands-on CRM architecture experience — HubSpot expertise strongly preferred
- Experience building forecasting, reporting or attribution frameworks from a messy or early-stage starting point
- Experience with modern GTM tooling (e.g. Clay) for outbound data and enrichment
Skills that will help you succeed
- A builder mindset — you want to build the function, not inherit and maintain one
- Comfortable being the person in the CRM and the data, not just directing others
- Strong analytical communicator who can turn messy datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Commercially fluent — you understand pipeline, conversion and the economics of the sales motion
- Startup temperament — thrives with ambiguity, ships a usable version early, iterates
- Payments or fintech experience is a strong advantage, though builder instinct matters more than sector background
Please note these are not all absolute requirements. We value attitude and cultural fit as much as experience, so if you don't match all of the above but are interested in the role, please don't hesitate to apply.
