The Reward Advisor will support with key reward activities including the annual Pay Review, audits and Reward projects whilst managing independently the day-to-day benefits and car plans. The role will also involve the delivery of analysis including benchmarking, incentive accruals and MI reports. This role is primarily focused on UK Reward but from time to time may involve some non-UK activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the annual Pay Review process, in particular with data and systems set up, responding to queries and managing changes throughout the review period
  • Conducting the Reward market survey submissions and updating our internal market benchmarks
  • Design and UAT improvements of the pay review system
  • Validation of UK and non-UK employee data working with the HR leads
  • Pro-rating calculations for the incentive plans – interrogation of employee records to capture changes such as maternity, change of role and Business Unit, and long-term sickness absence
  • Delivery of outcome and target incentive letters including cross checking to ensure accuracy
  • Deliver statutory reporting and incentive accruals calculations
  • Provide Reward support in external and internal audits
  • Produce management information as required throughout the year, including support for wage negotiations in the UK and other Reward projects such as analysing economic pay indicators and position against market
  • Day to day management of the benefits portfolio (Private Medical, Medical Cash Plan, Perks etc), the Company Car Lease plan and Company Car Fleet
  • Primary contact for the plans
  • The management of changes including pricing, participants in the plans and level of cover
  • Ensuring that employee records in our HR System, ADP are maintained and the relevant documentation is stored in alignment with GDPR requirements
  • Providing advice to employees in collaboration with the wider HR team
  • Support on contract review and renewal cycles
  • Support on delivery of Global Mobility including being the UK contact for the Sponsorship Management System
  • Assist in monitoring spend against the annual Reward budgets keeping track of invoices and predicting future liabilities. Support with the monthly budget meetings. Raise POs and manage cross-charging of Reward costs to the business as required.
  • Manage the overall ownership of the hierarchy / establishment and its operation and administration. Maintaining the structure of posts for all UK employees, ensuring job matches and post review salary information is kept up to date and accurate on the system. Assist in the management of UK employee data.
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely provision of benefits data to Payroll
  • Support the Wellbeing Lead with the provision of analytics.
  • Support in the management of the Reward Inbox
  • Ensure Reward working practices comply with Health & Safety legislation

  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working with Reward
  • Reward experience including benefits management and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience in manipulating and analysing large amounts of data in MS Excel and producing MI
  • Ability to create and manipulate bespoke reports
  • Highly numerate and analytical with an aptitude for following advanced calculations in Excel
  • The ability to understand customer needs, both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of employee data and entitlements
