Reward Advisor (12 month FTC): £60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

We are working with an established organisation in London to recruit a Reward Consultant for a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reward or Compensation & Benefits professional looking for a broad role with plenty of variety, visibility and the opportunity to work closely with both the HR team and wider business.

The role will support the organisation across its reward agenda, including compensation, benefits, benchmarking, reward analysis and the annual reward cycle. You will provide practical advice and guidance to the business, analyse reward data and market information, and help ensure the organisation continues to offer a competitive and effective reward proposition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will also support the management and development of the company’s benefits offering, working with external providers and internal stakeholders and helping to ensure employees understand and engage with the benefits available to them.

There is some responsibility for overseeing the payroll process and liaising with the external payroll provider. However, this is not a hands on payroll position and the primary focus of the role is Reward.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have developed good experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or a similar specialist role. You should be comfortable working with reward data, benchmarking and benefits, while also being someone who enjoys getting involved in the day to day delivery of a broad reward agenda.

Just as importantly, we are looking for someone with a collaborative and pragmatic approach. You will be joining a relatively small HR team, so this will suit someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues, building relationships across a business and taking ownership of their area.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract and a great opportunity to join an organisation where you can make a genuine contribution across the Reward agenda.
