The main focus of the role is to support with key reward activities including UK benchmarking using the Watson Towers Willis methodology, benefits management, and producing Reward analysis to support Project work.

The successful candidate will ideally be a self-motivated team player who is organised, has excellent analytic skills, especially using MS Excel, and excellent attention to detail; the work must be well-presented in order to have credibility with stakeholders.

Please note: This role is fixed term initially for 2 months. All applications will be forwarded to our recruitment partner Adecco to be processed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Benchmarking UK roles using the Watson Towers Willis methodology – approximately ten to twenty roles a week
  • Provision of Reward MI using multiple sources and using excel – Data aggregation, calculation of comparative ratios and salary ranges, use of Pivots and Excel formulae
  • Excel modelling - setting up excel models, for example for running pay scenarios and identifying pay equity gaps
  • UK Benefits administration and Inbox query management – using process documentation to be able to conduct benefits administration such as adding a joiner and removing a leaver.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Reward experience including benefits management and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Experienced in benchmarking methodologies such as Willis Towers Watson and Mercer
  • The ability to understand customer needs (internal and external)
  • Experience in manipulating and analysing large amounts of data in MS Excel and producing MI
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to create and manipulate bespoke reports
  • Good understanding of employee data and entitlements
  • Experience of working with ADP would be advantageous
