Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious professional services organisation on the appointment of a Reward Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established People & Culture team, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering reward initiatives across the business.

This organisation is recognised for its commitment to excellence and operates within a dynamic, people-focused environment. The successful candidate will join during an exciting period of growth and development, supporting the continued evolution of the firm's reward framework while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Reward Advisor will take ownership of a broad range of reward activities, ensuring the organisation's compensation and benefits offering remains competitive, legally compliant, and aligned to business objectives. This is a varied role that combines strategic reward initiatives with hands-on operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the annual salary and bonus review processes
  • Supporting the ongoing development and delivery of the reward strategy
  • Managing and enhancing employee benefits programmes, including pensions, private healthcare and wellbeing initiatives
  • Conducting market benchmarking exercises and providing insight-driven recommendations
  • Producing reward reporting and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Overseeing payroll processes in partnership with an external provider
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders on reward-related matters
  • Supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives relating to pay and reward
  • Contributing to reward projects including pay structure reviews, role evaluations and wider people initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulatory requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong reward experience alongside excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable working with data, influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience within a reward-focused role
  • Experience gained within professional services, legal services, or a similarly complex environment would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, benchmarking and reward frameworks
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Experience managing or supporting annual reward cycles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of reward-related employment legislation and regulation
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be beneficial
