Reward & Benefits Specialist / Analyst (FTC, 12 Months)
Location: Victoria, London (2–3 days/week in office)
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term
Sector: Executive HR / Total Reward
We've been retained on an exclusive, urgent basis to find a Reward & Benefits Specialist for a high-growth organisation currently building out its global Compensation & Benefits function from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a genuinely foundational stage. A newly appointed Director of Total Reward has just come on board and is establishing structure where very little currently exists — including a full review of executive compensation and a complete rebuild of the benefits offering. You'll be a key hire in that build-out, working closely with the Director from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and managing benefits renewals and enrolments across the business
- Supporting the design and implementation of global reward structures and frameworks
- Bringing clarity and best-practice thinking to a function that's currently being built from scratch
- Partnering closely with the Director of Total Reward on wider comp and benefits projects
What they're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or similar analyst role
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments — scaling business background welcome
- A clear sense of "what good looks like" in reward and benefits practice
- Strong, articulate communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels
- Genuinely happy to roll up their sleeves — this is a hands-on, benefits-heavy role as much as a strategic one
