Reward Analyst
Salary: Up to £46,000 based on skills and experience + competitive benefits package & bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: West Midlands - Hybrid working
My client, a Professional services client in the West Midlands area are seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to provide analytical and operational reward support, with primary responsibility for the design, analysis and administration of variable pay/bonus schemes and associated reward activities.
Role Overview
The role will deliver reward reporting, insight, modelling and benchmarking to support reward strategy, ensure remuneration arrangements remain commercially effective and compliant, and contribute to the development of broader reward initiatives across the company. With regular interaction across the company with HR and senior stakeholders to design and manage variable pay schemes.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design, governance and delivery of reward and incentive programmes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Administer bonus calculations, ensuring payments are processed accurately and queries are resolved efficiently.
- Produce financial models to assess proposed reward initiatives, measuring potential financial, commercial and employee impacts to support planning decisions.
- Take a lead in reviewing and enhancing variable pay schemes to ensure that they continue to drive desired behaviours and support business priorities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of annual remuneration activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking, bonus processes and related reward initiatives.
- Support reward governance and compliance requirements through remuneration reporting, pay equity analysis and regulatory oversight
