Opportunity in HR, Reward and Benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR, Reward and Benefits to join our Reward team. This role will provide hands-on experience across a wide range of reward activities, supporting the delivery of engaging and competitive reward programmes across the Group whilst helping to create a positive colleague experience.

With full support and development, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to employee benefits, salary reviews, reward administration, data analysis and reward-related projects within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Salary & Hours

  • £25,000 basic salary
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including pensions, private medical insurance and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support annual reward activities, including salary reviews, bonus administration and benefit renewals.
  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to company car schemes, including vehicle ordering, allocations, driver changes and the Group's ECOS vehicle programme.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting and analysis relating to reward and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate reward and benefit records across HR, payroll and third-party provider systems.
  • Respond to colleague queries regarding reward and benefits.
  • Contribute to reward-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

About You

  • A keen interest in HR, reward and employee benefits.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Confidence working with data and spreadsheets, with the ability to produce accurate reports and analyse information.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
