About The Role
The HR function supports the organisation of approximately 500 FTE. With core functions covering HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development and Reward and Analytics where this role is situated.
The role of the Reward & Data Analyst is to effectively deliver key reward analytics and HR data activities including but not limited to, MI reporting (i.e. headcount, attrition, risk metrics, scheduled reports), data analysis, production of high-quality Power BI dashboards for usage by senior management, support on compensation year end activities and lead on HR data management (using HR systems etc.). The role-holder would be an SME on the HR information systems (Cezanne) for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
HR Data Reporting & Analytics
- Timely and error-free production of monthly reports to various business areas such as risk, finance etc.
- Generating and enhancing Power BI dashboards that are shared with GEC (Group Executive Committee) and the wider senior leadership team.
- Assist in the automation of processes and producing efficiency gains for the wider HR team.
- Working with the business and the HR team on any ad-hoc HR data requirements or analysis.
- Production of the Gender Pay Gap Report.
- Produce diversity/ethnicity metric data and support the woman in finance charter statistical analysis.
- Ownership for regular data governance by ensuring sources of HR data such as the HRIS system hold accurate data and maintaining of HR data integrity on all sources of HR data, flagging errors where required.
- Identifying gaps in data capture, management and reporting on the HRIS system and working on improvements.
Reward
- Preparing of annual benchmarking submission file along with HR Business Partners and Reward Manager.
- Analysing and providing benchmarking data when necessary.
- Ensuring accuracy and validity of reward data such as employee levels, LTIPs, bonus payments.
- Work closely with the Reward Manager on the end-to-end compensation review process.
- Support all reward processes such as benefits renewals and reward related projects as they arise.
- Support Reward Manager and CPO in preparing governance papers for RemCo and Board as required.

Required Skills & Experience
- HR experience combined with excellent data skills.
- Demonstratable reward experience, working with benchmark data, benefits management and or compensation review.
- Hands on experience with Power BI or equivalent (Tableau, Looker etc).
- Advanced Excel skills for data interrogation and analytics (formulas, pivots, lookups, etc.).
- Intermediate data presentation skills via PowerPoint, excel etc.
- Experience working with HRIS and enhancing reporting capabilities (data extraction and data management).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- The ability to use data insights to tell a story combined with effective questioning and listening.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload, to meet deadlines and follow through on completion of projects.
- Team player who is keen to share knowledge and insight with all roles in the team.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience of working in a hybrid HR reward & data role.
- Financial Services (or regulated industry) experience.
