We're looking for a Reward & Global Mobility Manager to join our Global HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational excellence. You'll play a key role in designing, delivering and evolving our global reward and mobility programmes, helping us attract, retain and develop exceptional talent across our international business.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you'll act as a trusted subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Finance and business leaders worldwide to deliver a fair, competitive and data-driven reward approach.
About The Role
As our Reward & Global Mobility Manager, you'll:

Lead global reward programmes
- Support the development and delivery of Buro Happold's global reward strategy.
- Ensure reward practices align with business objectives, company values and market trends.
- Maintain governance and controls across salary reviews, promotions and reward decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve reward processes and employee experience.

Deliver annual reward cycles
- Lead the planning and execution of annual salary review, bonus and promotion processes.
- Partner with Finance, HR and business leaders to manage budgets and reward outcomes.
- Provide analysis and insight on fairness, consistency and market competitiveness.
- Ensure reward activities are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Own job architecture and grading
- Maintain and evolve our global job architecture framework.
- Lead job evaluation, benchmarking and grading activities.
- Provide expert guidance on role design, career pathways and organisational structures.
- Support organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.

Manage global mobility
- Act as the business lead for global mobility governance and policy.
- Provide guidance on international assignments, transfers and secondments.
- Work with specialist providers to manage tax, immigration and compliance considerations.
- Drive improvements that enhance the employee mobility experience.

Deliver reward insights and analytics
- Develop dashboards, reports and meaningful reward metrics.
- Analyse internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Support pay equity reviews and governance activities.
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Partner with senior leaders
- Provide reward advice for senior appointments and promotions.
- Conduct market benchmarking and competitor analysis.
- Develop business cases and reward recommendations.
- Support executive-level reward discussions where required.

Manage external partnerships
- Oversee relationships with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) and other reward partners.
- Manage participation in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises.
- Ensure maximum value is achieved from reward data, systems and external providers.
About You
We're interested in hearing from candidates with:
Essential
- Significant experience in reward, compensation and benefits.
- Experience leading annual reward review processes and governance activities.
- Strong expertise in job architecture, job evaluation and grading.
- Experience managing or supporting global mobility programmes.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
- Experience working with market benchmarking and salary survey data.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to translate complex reward information into practical business recommendations.
- Experience operating within a global or matrix organisation.
Desirable
- Experience within professional services, engineering, consulting or project-based environments.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and market survey tools.
- Experience using HR systems such as HiBob.
- Knowledge of executive reward practices and governance.
- Understanding of international employment, tax and mobility considerations.
