Reward & Payroll Advisor

c£65,000 + bonus + benefits

Grafton Haymes is partnering with a highly regarded international Financial Services organisation to recruit a Reward & Payroll Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on role offering responsibility across reward, payroll, and benefits within a collaborative HR team. You will play a key role in delivering the annual remuneration cycle, overseeing monthly payroll, and managing the organisation’s employee benefits offering.

  • Support salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Handle annual and year-end remuneration processes
  • Prepare compensation data for senior stakeholders and the Remuneration Committee (RemCo)
  • Oversee the monthly London payroll
  • Manage pension administration and complex payroll queries
  • Work closely with the external payroll provider to improve processes and controls
  • Manage day-to-day employee benefits and annual renewals
  • Partner with brokers and providers to ensure a competitive and effective benefits offering

  • Ideally, current or previous Financial Services sector experience
  • Knowledge of Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR)
  • Strong practical experience across payroll, reward, and benefits
  • Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and pensions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
