What this role is all about:
At Vitality, we believe great outcomes start with great insights. As our Reward and Performance Analyst, you'll play an important role in helping us shape a fair, competitive and high-performing culture through data-driven reward and performance practices.
Working across our People and Finance teams, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insight. This will help leaders make informed decisions on pay, performance and workforce planning. From supporting annual reward reviews and performance cycles to delivering market analysis and benchmarking, you'll help ensure our reward programmes continue to support both our people and our business ambitions.
This is an opportunity to influence how we recognise, reward and motivate colleagues across the organisation while driving continuous improvement. Through technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions, you'll enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll challenge thinking with evidence-based insights and help create an exceptional colleague experience through innovative and effective reward and performance programmes.
If you're naturally curious, analytically minded and excited by the opportunity to combine data, technology and people strategy, you'll thrive in a role where your insights can genuinely make a difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
