Reward Associate (6-Month FTC)
London | Potential to Become Permanent | 85k
We're partnering with a highly regarded global investment organisation to appoint a Reward Associate on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with compensation, reward or HR analytics experience to join a growing function at an exciting stage of its development.
Reporting into the Compensation Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting reward activities across approximately 250 employees spanning multiple international locations. With the organisation's reward framework having undergone significant transformation in recent years, this role will be central to ensuring a smooth and successful year-end compensation cycle while supporting the ongoing evolution of the function.
This is a hands-on, analytically focused position that would suit someone who enjoys working with data, compensation processes and market insights, rather than a heavily stakeholder-facing HR role.
The Opportunity
You'll support the delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews, undertake compensation analysis and market benchmarking, maintain reward data and systems, and contribute to compensation governance activities. You'll work closely with colleagues across HR while gaining exposure to executive compensation, global reward programmes and the inner workings of a sophisticated international investment business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
