As a Reward & Benefits Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering and developing our reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes across Superdrug and Savers.

You'll combine day-to-day operational excellence with specialist reward expertise, ensuring our programmes run smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve the colleague experience, increase engagement and deliver value for the business.

Working closely with the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager, you'll build strong relationships across the business, support key reward initiatives and use data, colleague feedback and market insight to help shape future improvements.

📝Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing a range of reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes.
  • Supporting key reward activities, including benefit renewals, recognition initiatives, wellbeing campaigns and annual reward processes.
  • Building strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure excellent service, value for money and continuous improvement.
  • Acting as a trusted reward and benefits adviser, supporting managers and stakeholders with guidance and expertise.
  • Using colleague feedback, market trends and internal data to identify opportunities to improve our reward offering.
  • Developing engaging communications that help colleagues understand and make the most of their benefits.
  • Monitoring programme performance, utilisation and engagement, making recommendations where improvements are needed.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across People, Finance, Payroll, Communications and Operations to deliver reward objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve self-service and reduce manual administration through technology and automation.
  • Supporting reward projects and business cases from idea through to implementation.
  • Ensuring reward and benefits programmes are delivered accurately, compliantly and in line with company policies.
  • Acting as an escalation point for more complex colleague and supplier queries.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working within Reward & Benefits, HR or a related specialist area.
  • A good understanding of reward principles, employee benefits and related legislation.
  • Experience managing projects, initiatives or change activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
  • Experience creating colleague communications and engagement campaigns.
  • Good commercial awareness and the ability to balance colleague needs with business objectives.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within a retail or multi-site environment would be beneficial.
