Forward Role are working with a growing international business to find a Reward & Benefits Consultant on an FTC basis. In this role you will use previous experience of devising and delivering reward strategy at a global level and want real influence over the outcome, this one's worth a conversation.

Based in central Manchester, you will play in key role in a transformation programme covering global reward, benefits and incentive frameworks, and it's a chance to shape how reward works across multiple geographies.

In this role your duties will include;

  • A global review of reward and benefits programmes across multiple countries
  • Total reward benchmarking and scalable job architecture frameworks
  • Expert guidance on US healthcare and wider employee benefits
  • Redesign of bonus, incentive and commission schemes
  • Provider selection, negotiation and implementation
  • Recommendations built on reward data and market insight
  • Change, communication and adoption for new reward and benefits initiatives

  • Strong Reward, Compensation & Benefits experience in a global environment
  • Experience of third party provider management
  • Skilled in reward benchmarking, job evaluation and job architecture
  • A track record designing bonus, incentive and commission plans
  • Sharp analytical and commercial thinking
  • The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and turn complex data into clear direction
