About Us

Join One of Ayrshire's Largest Engineering Employers

Prestwick Aerosystems is proud to continue Ayrshire's long-standing aircraft manufacturing heritage. From our Prestwick site, we manufacture major aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide.

Behind every successful manufacturing operation is a team dedicated to supporting and rewarding our people. Our Reward, Benefits & Mobility team plays a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately, rewarded fairly and supported through a range of benefits, pensions and reward programmes.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a specialist people function where you'll work across reward, pensions, benefits, payroll-related activity and global mobility processes. You'll help maintain the systems, data and relationships that support the employee experience across the business while working closely with employees, leaders, external providers and colleagues across multiple functions.

You'll also support employee movements across the wider Airbus network, helping to coordinate the administrative and system processes that enable colleagues to work and collaborate effectively across international locations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
