Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a Competitive Reward Offering
- Manage benefits administration
- Handle pension processes and colleague queries
- Maintain reward and recognition platforms
- Ensure an Outstanding Colleague Experience
- Support salary benchmarking
- Conduct job evaluation using the Willis Towers Watson methodology
- Oversee annual pay and bonus reviews
- Perform salary surveys
- Track budget and manage reward communications
- Maintain Robust Processes and Data Accuracy

Requirements
- Experience
- Proven experience in a Reward or reward-focused HR role
- Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Knowledge
- Familiarity with salary benchmarking, annual pay reviews, and job evaluation
- Abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication with colleagues at all levels
