We are currently partnering with a global consulting firm who are looking to hire a Reward Manager to join their growing team in London. This position offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and reviewing executive, sales, and broader employee reward programmes, considering competitiveness, affordability, performance, and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Advising clients on reward frameworks, pay structures, incentive plans, and reward governance, translating business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Conducting reward diagnostics and benchmarking exercises to identify pay positioning, internal equity, and external competitiveness issues, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Applying reward analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pay, incentives, and employee populations, using data to inform client decision-making.
  • Supporting clients with pay equity and pay transparency assessments, helping organisations identify potential risks and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach members of the reward team.

  • 4+ years of experience and knowledge of reward and compensation structures.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm is preferred.
  • Must be driven by finding solutions to complicated problems.
  • Strong client management skills and data analysis skills are required.
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas coherently.
