Reward Manager (Compensation)
Between Oxford & London | Hybrid Working | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Up to £90,000 + Benefits
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded international organisation to appoint an experienced Reward Manager, with a strong focus on compensation, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This opportunity has arisen to provide cover during a period of long-term absence and offers the chance to join a well-established reward function supporting a diverse European workforce. Reporting to the Senior Director of Remuneration & Benefits, you will play a key role in delivering a number of high-profile compensation initiatives and annual reward activities during an important period for the business.
Operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role requires someone who enjoys balancing strategic reward projects with operational delivery. The successful individual will be comfortable adapting to changing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and taking ownership of outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Working closely with the wider Reward team, this is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact within a complex international organisation.

The successful individual will take ownership of several critical compensation projects whilst ensuring the successful delivery of core reward processes across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading annual compensation planning and salary review cycles across multiple European markets.
- Managing job levelling, job architecture and pay range governance activities.
- Conducting market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support reward decision-making.
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of EU Pay Transparency requirements across the UK & Europe.
- Partnering with reward colleagues to align compensation strategy with future benefits initiatives and broader reward communications.
- Supporting reward reporting requirements, including UK Gender Pay Gap reporting activity.
- Working closely with Employment Tax, Payroll, People Operations and Insights teams to ensure strong governance, compliance and data integrity.
- Providing compensation expertise and guidance to HR and senior business stakeholders.
- Supporting wider reward projects and strategic compensation initiatives as required.
About you
We are seeking an experienced compensation or reward professional, operating at Reward Manager or Senior Reward Manager level, who can quickly build credibility with stakeholders across an international business.

You will bring strong compensation experience from a complex organisation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
You will ideally offer:
- Experience delivering annual compensation and salary review cycles across complex, international environments.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture, pay range management and benchmarking.
- Experience with WTW job levelling and benchmarking methodologies would be highly desirable.
- Understanding of EU Pay Transparency legislation and pay equity initiatives.
- Experience supporting reward governance, reporting and compliance activity.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate reward data into clear business insight.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge appropriately.
- A proactive, hands-on and resilient approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
