As Reward Manager – Compensation, Benefits & People Analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in helping Splendid Hospitality Group make informed, data-driven people decisions that support our continued growth.
Reporting to the Group People Director, you'll combine reward expertise with strong analytical capability to develop and deliver our compensation and benefits strategy while providing the insight that enables better workforce planning, investment decisions and organisational performance.
Working across our hotels, restaurants, care homes and Head Office functions, you'll transform complex people data into meaningful insight, helping leaders make confident decisions around pay, benefits, workforce planning and organisational design.
You'll also play a key role in our People systems transformation, supporting the mobilisation of our HRIS and ensuring our people data is accurate, well governed and capable of delivering high-quality reporting and analytics for the future.

This is a hybrid role based at our Head Office in Watford, with an expectation of 3 - 4 days per week on-site.

- Partner with the Group People Director and Group Head of People to develop and deliver our compensation and benefits strategy.
- Lead annual reward activity, including salary reviews, bonus cycles and benefits administration.
- Produce meaningful people analytics, dashboards and reporting to support reward, workforce planning and business decisions.
- Build financial models and scenario analysis to support organisational design, workforce planning and people investment.
- Champion the accuracy, governance and integrity of people and reward data across our systems.
- Play a key role in our HRIS implementation and ongoing optimisation, supporting data, reporting and system improvements.
- Work closely with Finance and senior stakeholders to provide commercially focused reward insight and recommendations.
- Continuously improve reporting, processes and automation to create a more efficient, insight-driven People function.
What Makes You Splendid
We're looking for someone who combines reward expertise with commercial thinking and a passion for using data to drive better people decisions.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, People Analytics or a similar specialist role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, build financial models and turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience delivering reward activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking, reporting and workforce planning.
- Confidence using HR systems (HRIS), Excel and people data to produce accurate reporting and meaningful analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach, always looking for opportunities to improve processes, reporting and the colleague experience.
