About the role
You're an established reward expert, responsible for managing multiple reward processes, establishing brilliant basics/BAU and supporting projects as part of the UK Reward & Benefits strategy.
You will be responsible for
- Leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of reward policies, frameworks and processes to support business priorities and enhance colleague experience.
- Driving reward governance by reviewing and challenging pay proposals, ensuring fair and consistent application of reward policies and identifying potential reward risks.
- Leading and delivering strategic reward projects from design through to implementation, working across multiple functions to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Building reward capability across the organisation through coaching, education and guidance, helping stakeholders develop their understanding of reward principles, benchmarking and pay decisions.
- Providing guidance to key stakeholders (People Directors, PBPs and business leaders) on complex reward matters including pay, grading, benchmarking, pay progression and market competitiveness.
- Influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to ensure reward decisions are aligned to reward principles, business objectives, internal consistency and market practice.
- Using data, insight and external market intelligence to identify trends, inform decision-making and make strategic and tactical recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Partnering with Group Reward, Finance, People teams and business leaders to ensure reward strategies and activities are aligned, commercially viable and operationally effective.

You will need
- Experience developing and delivering projects, financial analysis or other people-related programmes where data, governance and stakeholder influence were critical to success.
- Demonstrable experience analysing complex data and translating insights into recommendations for business leaders.
- Experience designing, implementing or managing frameworks, policies or programmes that require strong governance and commercial judgement.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.
