Reward Partner

Fixed-Term Contract (9 months) Part-time - 22.5 to 30 hours per week Home based, with occasional travel to London and Ramsay hospital sites

The Role

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to join Ramsay Health Care UK as an Reward Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Head of Reward, you’ll play an important role in delivering our Reward agenda across Ramsay UK, taking ownership of key annual reward activities and supporting a range of compensation, benefits and reward projects.

This is a broad and hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly build relationships, confidently work with stakeholders across the organisation and manage several priorities at once. You’ll also provide leadership and support to our Reward Advisor, helping the team continue to deliver a great service to our people.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Supporting the delivery of our annual pay review, including planning, stakeholder engagement, communications and manager training
  • Leading our annual benefits enrolment window through the Ramsay BAR Employee Benefits Platform
  • Delivering our Buy/Sell Annual Leave programme
  • Supporting our Job Evaluation project alongside our external Reward Consultant
  • Leading and supporting wider reward, compensation and benefits projects
  • Providing trusted advice and guidance on reward matters to colleagues across the business
  • Keeping our reward policies, guidance and resources accurate, relevant and accessible
  • Helping colleagues understand and make the most of the benefits available to them
  • Coaching and supporting the Reward Advisor and ensuring a high-quality service from the Reward team

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Reward professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, collaborative approach.

To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally bring:

  • Significant experience working within Reward, compensation and benefits
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and employee benefits
  • Previous experience of managing, coaching or developing others
  • Experience delivering annual reward cycles and managing reward projects
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to work to challenging deadlines
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability
  • The ability to interpret data and turn insight into practical recommendations

Experience of Workday, particularly Advanced Compensation, job evaluation programmes or membership of REBA or similar professional networks would be advantageous.
