You will have the ability to create the innovative reward solutions the business is seeking, but to really make an impact it’s essential that you are comfortable working with, and bringing the most out of, your colleagues within the Reward team in the UK, in our off-shore Reward CoE in India and with our colleagues within Central Business Services to help scale and implement any reward solution.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with a wide range of senior stakeholders including Communities of Expertise (CoE), HR and other Service Line stakeholders. Develop high quality and enduring relationships
  • Provide expert advice on all reward policy matters, and will review and enhance our policies in light of business need as part of our RemCo governance process

  • Provide input into the creation of reward related communications strategy
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop appropriate solutions in line with the Total Reward strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
