An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward specialist to join a global organisation at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will play a key role in delivering the organisation's global reward agenda. You will lead core reward activities, provide expert guidance to stakeholders, and use workforce and market data to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading annual reward cycles including salary reviews, incentive plans and other reward initiatives.
- Supporting global mobility programmes and associated compliance requirements.
- Assisting with regulatory reporting activities including remuneration and pay reporting obligations.
- Partnering with business leaders and external providers to ensure robust governance and reward practices.
- Analysing market and workforce data to support strategic reward recommendations.
- Providing expert advice on complex reward-related matters across a global workforce.

About You
You are a commercially minded reward specialist with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and the analytical capability to turn data into meaningful insights.
You will bring:
- Significant experience within compensation, benefits or total reward.
- Experience operating within a complex, multi-site or international organisation.
- Strong analytical and job evaluation expertise.
- Proven project management and delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent specialist reward experience.
- Knowledge of global mobility programmes would be advantageous.

This role is remotely based, although applicants must be based in the UK.
