Senior Reward Business Partner

📍 Hybrid | Basingstoke or London 2 days a week
💷 £65,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

This is an opportunity to join one of the world's leading entertainment destination brands at a pivotal point in its reward journey.

As Senior Reward Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping reward strategy and governance across a complex international organisation, partnering with senior leaders across the UK, North America and international markets.

Reporting into the global reward leadership team, you'll help drive consistency and commerciality across reward programmes while ensuring local market realities are reflected in decision-making.

The role combines strategic reward work with hands-on delivery and will suit someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, building practical solutions and turning complex reward data into meaningful business decisions.

  • Leading annual pay review and bonus processes
  • Driving job architecture, job evaluation and salary banding initiatives
  • Supporting reward governance and pay transparency requirements
  • Delivering reward communications across multiple regions
  • Partnering with senior People leaders and regional leadership teams
  • Using market data and analytics to inform reward decisions
  • Supporting the evolution of reward systems and processes

The first 12 months offer the opportunity to contribute to a significant salary banding and job architecture programme, while helping to shape the future of reward delivery as the organisation continues to invest in its people infrastructure and global growth strategy.

We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced reward professionals who can demonstrate:

  • Strong experience of pay review and bonus delivery
  • Deep knowledge of a recognised job evaluation methodology such as Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry or Hay
  • Experience of job architecture, grading and salary structures
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to translate complex reward concepts into practical business solutions
