Job Opportunity: Reward Analyst
I'm partnering with a large, well-known organisation going through a significant period of change and investment. As the business continues to evolve, reward is becoming an increasingly important part of the agenda, creating an opportunity for someone to genuinely influence how performance is recognised and rewarded across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping bonus and incentive programmes, using data and insight to support business decisions and challenge traditional approaches to reward. A particular focus will be helping the business move beyond purely company-wide performance measures and explore new ways of recognising individual and team contribution.
What you'll be doing
- Leading reward analysis, modelling and bonus calculations
- Supporting the design and development of incentive schemes
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
- Providing data-driven reward insights and recommendations
- Translating complex reward information into practical business decisions
- Contributing to a number of exciting reward projects during a period of transformation

About you
You'll likely come from a Reward background and be comfortable balancing technical reward expertise with strong stakeholder management.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Demonstrate strong reward and compensation experience
- Work confidently with data, modelling and financial analysis
- Bring experience of bonus and incentive schemes
- Influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Build credibility and gain buy-in across the business
- Combine commercial thinking with a people-focused approach
