Loom Talent are partnering with a leading distribution business - a market leader with a fantastic brand that genuinely invests in its people. They are a growing global organisation with approximately 7,000 employees worldwide and around 2,000 in the UK.
This role sits within the Reward team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract and will support a broad range of specialist Reward activity across the global business.
The role covers three key areas - Executive Remuneration, Share Plans and Global Mobility. We appreciate finding someone with experience across all three would be a unicorn, so experience in at least one of these areas is essential, alongside a broader Reward background.
The Role
This is a varied position, providing analytical and operational support across a number of specialist Reward areas, as well as getting involved in wider Reward projects and process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the administration and governance of executive remuneration, including salary reviews, incentive outcomes, benchmarking and remuneration analysis.
- Managing and supporting employee share plans, including grant cycles, vesting events, exercises and employee communications.
- Supporting global mobility activity, including international assignments, relocations and cross-border working arrangements.
- Working closely with Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, HR and external advisers to ensure reward processes are delivered accurately and effectively.
- Producing Reward analysis, reporting and insights to support decision making across the business.
- Supporting annual Reward activity including salary reviews, bonus processes and benefits governance.
- Getting involved in Reward projects, process improvements, system implementations and policy reviews.
- Maintaining accurate Reward data, processes and controls across multiple jurisdictions.

About You
Due to the specialist nature of this role, we're looking for someone with previous experience working within Reward and strong experience in at least one of the following areas: Executive Remuneration, Share Plans or Global Mobility.
Experience with SuccessFactors, share plan administration systems or a professional qualification in Reward, HR, Finance or a related discipline would be advantageous.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing global organisation on an initial 6-month FTC, with the chance to gain exposure to some really interesting areas of specialist Reward and work alongside a well-established Reward team.
