Rewards Specialist
We are looking for a Rewards Specialist to join our Rewards & Benefits team here at Harrods. You will be executing our reward strategy and the delivery of key annual reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, commission plans, and market benchmarking activities.
About the Role
In this role, the Rewards Specialist will act as a trusted reward expert, providing specialist advice and guidance on compensation-related matters across the business. You will support the development and maintenance of reward frameworks, ensuring our programmes remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure reward decisions are aligned to internal equity, external competitiveness, and affordability
- Analyse market trends and provide recommendations to support attraction, retention, and reward competitiveness
- Support modelling, analysis, and budget tracking for cyclical reward activity
- Ensure reward programmes comply with relevant legislation, governance requirements, and company policies
- Maximise available HR technology and Workday functionality to improve the employee and manager experience
About You
The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align reward initiatives to wider business objectives whilst maintaining a colleague-centric approach. They will be highly collaborative, building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and influencing decision-making through insightful analysis and expert advice. A creative and innovative mindset, combined with a passion for continuous improvement, will enable them to identify opportunities to enhance reward processes, systems, and employee experience.

- You will have exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on governance, ensuring compliance with reward frameworks, legislation, and best practice.
- Success in this role will be demonstrated through the accurate delivery of annual reward processes, high-quality data analysis and reporting, and the timely completion of market benchmarking and job evaluation activities.
- The successful candidate will help maintain internal pay equity and external market competitiveness while delivering an excellent stakeholder experience and driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across reward operations.
