Interim Reward Specialist — boutique investment firm

6 - 8 Month FTC

C&C Search are working with a boutique investment firm on an interim reward specialist mandate reporting directly into the Head of Reward. Pay review cycles are the core focus, alongside market benchmarking, benefits administration, and shaping a more flexible reward offering.

Hybrid: 3 days/ 2 days at Home. Completion Bonus

The brief:

  • Pay review cycle delivery
  • Annual market benchmarking
  • Benefits administration
  • Evolving the flexible reward offering

This role will report directly into the Head of Reward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Reward Cycle
  • Market Benchmarking - McLagan experience would be beneficial
  • Benefits and Pensions

Regulatory & Governance:

  • Assist with preparation of remuneration governance documentation for Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee (RemCo) meetings.
  • Support the Head of Reward in maintaining alignment with the MIFIDPRU Remuneration Code, including collation of data and evidence for internal audit and regulatory reporting

Job Architecture:

  • Support the firm's activity around job architecture, incorporating pay data into job levels, and supporting the refinement of our corporate title structure.
  • Maintain relationships with third party suppliers of consultancy, pay benchmarking and benefits.
  • Support with the production of diversity statistics

Stakeholder Management

  • Advise HR Business Partners on reward related activities – transfers, recruitment (including valuation of buyouts), policy

Experience Required

  • Workday experience beneficial
  • Excellent numerical and quantitative skill
  • Similar experience in a financial services environment
