Reward Analyst – projects
Watford, hybrid
£65,000 - £70,000
12-month FTC
We’re looking for a Reward Analyst to join a global business on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a varied portfolio of reward projects across the international employee population.
This is a great opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded reward professional who enjoys working on projects, interpreting data and helping shape reward practices in a changing regulatory and business environment.
You’ll play an important role in delivering reward projects across the business, with a particular focus on EU Pay Transparency, gender pay gap analysis and benefits.
Working closely with HR, Reward and wider business stakeholders, you’ll turn complex data and regulatory requirements into clear insights and practical actions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the implementation of EU Pay Transparency requirements across relevant countries and employee populations.
- Undertaking gender pay gap analysis, identifying trends, potential areas of concern and opportunities for action.
- Supporting the delivery of wider reward and benefits projects, from analysis and design through to implementation.
- Analysing compensation and benefits data, producing reports and developing meaningful insights for stakeholders.
- Supporting job evaluation, pay benchmarking and reward analysis as required.
- Working with HR and Reward colleagues across multiple countries to gather, validate and interpret data.
- Preparing clear presentations, reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Maintaining high standards of data quality, governance and confidentiality.
- Keeping up to date with developments in reward legislation and best practice, particularly across Europe.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of reward processes, systems and reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
