Reward Manager

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefits package
Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Reward professional looking for an influential role within a successful, people-focused organisation?

We’re partnering with a high-profile UK business to recruit a Reward Manager who will help shape and evolve its reward, benefits and wellbeing offering.

This is an excellent, newly created opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with senior leaders while managing and developing an established reward team.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Reward, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering the organisation’s reward strategy. You’ll lead important programmes from initial design and business case development through to implementation, communication and evaluation.

You’ll get involved with:

  • Leading annual salary reviews, market benchmarking and job evaluation
  • Managing salary structures, job grading and reward data
  • Supporting the delivery of incentive and share plans
  • Producing reward analysis, financial modelling and executive-level reporting
  • Advising senior stakeholders on complex reward challenges
  • Supporting reward governance, regulatory compliance and executive remuneration activity
  • Leading benefits renewals, market reviews, tenders and provider negotiations
  • Reviewing benefits performance using cost, utilisation and employee feedback
  • Developing initiatives across employee wellbeing, pensions and financial wellbeing
  • Improving reward processes through greater automation and simplification
  • Leading, coaching and developing a small team

About you

You’re likely to be an established Reward Manager, Reward Partner or Senior Reward Specialist looking to take on a leadership role. You’ll bring:

  • Broad experience across compensation, benefits and wellbeing
  • Strong knowledge of salary reviews, benchmarking, incentives, pensions, healthcare and flexible benefits
  • Experience of job evaluation and grading methodologies, such as WTW, Hay or Mercer
  • The ability to turn complex reward data into clear, practical recommendations
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience influencing senior and executive leaders
  • Previous people management, coaching or team development experience
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A practical, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach
  • An understanding of reward governance, compliance and relevant tax considerations
