Salary: up to £150,000 + bonus
About the Company
Our client is a leading international financial services organisation with a sophisticated reward function that partners closely with executive leadership and governance committees. This opportunity sits within a high-profile Reward team responsible for shaping reward strategy, governance, remuneration frameworks, and regulatory reporting across the business.
As a Senior Reward Manager, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, providing strategic, commercial, and technically robust reward advice. The role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and remuneration committees, with accountability for major reward initiatives, annual reward reviews, regulatory reporting, and market-leading remuneration governance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward professional who enjoys combining strategic advisory work with technical reward expertise in a complex and highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic reward projects and change initiatives from design through to implementation, ensuring strong governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide expert advice on remuneration regulations, legal requirements, and reward governance matters, including disclosure and reporting obligations.
- Take ownership of key annual reward activities, including bonus pool reviews, remuneration analysis, recommendation development, and committee submissions.
- Deliver high-quality remuneration research, market analysis, and benchmarking to support executive decision-making, senior hiring, and reward strategy development.
- Manage reward data, reporting, and analytics, ensuring robust controls, accuracy, and meaningful insight for business leaders and governance forums.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across People & Organisation, Finance, and executive leadership teams to influence remuneration philosophy and reward outcomes.

Candidate Profile & Experience
- Significant reward experience gained within financial services, banking, or another highly regulated environment.
- Deep knowledge of remuneration regulation, executive reward, governance frameworks, benchmarking, and reward consulting.
- Strong understanding of remuneration disclosures, regulatory reporting requirements, and reward-related legislation.
- Experience advising senior business leaders and influencing executive stakeholders on complex reward matters.
- Advanced analytical capability, including strong Excel skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and board-level materials.
- Knowledge of employee share schemes and reward programme design would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial judgement, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
