Rewards & MI Manager
London
Shape how we reward, recognise and retain talent across Unispace globally.
At Unispace, we create spaces that help people and businesses perform at their best.
We’re a globally integrated strategy, design and construction business, bringing together expertise across four regions and 13+ countries to create extraordinary environments for some of the world’s leading organisations. Our approach connects strategy, design and delivery as one team — giving our people the opportunity to collaborate globally, think differently and have a genuine impact.
We’re now looking for a Rewards & MI Manager to join our People & Culture team in London and help shape the next evolution of reward at Unispace.
This is a genuinely influential global role.
You’ll own and develop our approach to reward, compensation and people data, partnering closely with senior leadership and our regional People & Culture teams to create frameworks that are commercially sound, equitable and built for a global organisation.
It’s an opportunity to move beyond simply managing established processes. We want someone who can look at what we do today, understand where we’re heading and help us build reward programmes, systems and insights that attract great people, recognise performance and support the continued evolution of Unispace.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of our global reward programme and help ensure our approach remains competitive, consistent and aligned with both our people strategy and wider business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
